When you need legalization
If the destination country is not a member of the Hague Apostille Convention, an Apostille is not enough. The document has to go through a chain of certifications that ends with the embassy or consulate of the destination country.
What we do for you
- Check which certifications the destination country requires
- Submit and collect the document at each government office
- Arrange the final certification at the relevant embassy or consulate
- Pay all fees and stamps on your behalf
- Return or deliver the legalized document
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between an Apostille and legalization?
An Apostille is a single certification accepted by Hague Convention countries. Legalization is a multi-step process for countries outside the Convention, usually ending at the destination country’s embassy.
