How we handle it
We collect your documents from your office in Nicosia or you drop them at our office in Strovolos. We check that each document is eligible, take it to the competent government office, pay all fees and stamps on your behalf, verify the finished Apostille and return the documents to you or deliver them to the address you specify.
Frequently asked questions
Which countries accept an Apostille?
Countries that are members of the Hague Apostille Convention of 1961. For countries that are not members, the document must be legalized instead — we handle that too.
Can a private document be apostilled?
Yes. A private document (for example a power of attorney) first needs its signature certified by a Certifying Officer. We can arrange the certification and the Apostille together.
